Chap Confrontation
The man slow regains conscience. “You really took a pounding, you know. A regular person would of died or close to it.” Spikey explains. The man looks up at Spikey, and down at the braces. “I wouldn’t try anything; those disablers are currently disrupting your powers.” Spikey explains. “You need to let me go,” the man orders “It’s bad of a nof that you freed him” “Ok let’s start from the beginning my name is Spikey, and your name is?” Spikey asks. Ok next question, is this yours? Pulling out the gun. How did you come to own this, you know guns are no longer made or allowed” Spikey explains. The man remains silent. “Hey I’m trying to help you out here, if it was up to Jezzy you would be done there with your friend right now.” Spikey says leaning on the bars. “I don’t have to explain anything to you. If you are going to treat me like an animal, I will act like one then.” The man explains. Spikey takes a breath. “Fine, but no funny stuff and the disabler stay on.” Spikey said unlocking the door, slipping the gun into one of his pockets. Spikey quickly us up the rest of the stairs. “Stand down, that is a order” Spikey said pushing past the man. “ This prisoner is suppose to remain down in the lower floors.” The gladius said stepping forward and shielding his weapon, the others followed his lead put their swords away. “Well I’m second in command on this base and I am changing those orders.” Spikey replies. The gladius step back into line and gives Spikey a small nod and salute. The other follow his lead again and salutes Spikey. Spikey Returns the salute and the men push on. “Sorry about that I didn’t really clear it with Jezzy yet.” Spikey says with a small laugh in his voice. “Come on I will take you to a room. Can’t really take you back to your original room seeing how there is a hole in it now.” The man follows Spikey past his old room, studying the damage he had done. “Here we go” Spikey says opening the door to the room. “All the rooms look the same, unless you change it yourself. The room was pitch black and nothing could be seek. “White light” Jezzy ordered and the room walls quickly changed from black to the standard white. Left in the center of the room was a black sphere.
